Contracts and Provisions
* All services are under Contract and any changes to this
Contract must be in writing and accepted by both parties.
* A deposit of 500.00 is required to secure the date. Or whatever
Customer and DHGphotography agree too.
* All deposit and payments are non-refundable and
non-transferable; CANCELLATIONS will forfeit all deposited
and payments made.
* Proof are completed and available for delivery/pickup within
two weeks of the wedding date.
* Within 8 weeks of receiving proofs, clients must schedule a
consultation with client.
* Final albums will be completed within 4 weeks of final
consultation with client.
* Final payments are expected at the time of delivery/up to proofs
* In the event of a date change D.H.G. Will honor the terms of the
original contract providing the date is available (one date only).
* Cash, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks are
accepted for deposits and installments only, final payments
must be in cash or cashier's check.

* If Wedding times are dis instated,Overtime charges will apply if
client exceed time outline in the contract of $100.00 per hour.
1. 100.00 dollars is required as a deposit and will be given upon
agreement between both parties. (Customer and Photographer)
Deposit is non-refundable.
2. The remainder of the bill will be given after the session is over.
3. Within 24 hours after the session the Customer will be instructed
to login in to dhgphotograpy.smugmug.com were customer will be
given a code to there site and be able to order there prints there.
4. There will be a 2 week wait to receive prints from smugmug if
not sooner.
The Statement below applies to both Wedding and Portraits
Photography.
D.H.G.Photography maintains all rights to all images it
produces and sales. And may use images to advertise in any
media to promote D.H.G. Photography. D.H.G. Photography
will sale any images to any client who makes a agreement of
sale with D.H.G.Photography. If Original Client of the images
wishes to purchase the rights of the images, Client can
purchase rights of images at an agreed price between Client
and D.H.G. Photography.
